Pressing is starting! On Friday afternoon we will start the pressing season at Ham Hill Cider with the first drop of Browns Apple from Ross. We will pressing into the evening so pop on down to the CiderWorks to watch us work!

Friday Food This week @somersetchef will have some some North Down Farm pork over fire to create fire roasted pork rolls. Next week will be the introduction of sausage rolls alongside the ever popular Nellies pasties
