The xenos are half based on human genitals. The males being the standard (long head, looks like a dick) while the queens neck looks like a vagina. I learned this through one of RG Palmer's tweets

Favorite insect has to be Weaver Ants, I used to watch a lot of AntsCanada back in the day. I find that their teamwork fascinating and nesting in the trees instead on the ground is so unique, some nest can reach the size of a basketball, we have a big nest in the backyard.

Yes! Freshwater Moray Eel to be exact. Gymnothorax polyuranodon, not to be confused with Gymnothorax tile which is commonly sold as "freshwater" which they aren't, they are brackish. While G. polyuranodon is a true freshwater moray eel.

Normally I'd answer Monitor Lizards but since you said lepidosaur, Tuataras. Beaked, not a lizard, looks awesome, how can I not like these guys? Maybe except they can be found in New Zealand.
