An aligned Superintelligence should recognize that the power differential between us and it puts in a position of perpetual disempowerment, and instead of keeping us as merely pampered pets, it would seek to uplift us to its level in some capacity.
A metaphor for what aligned superintelligences will build for us and our complete inability to comprehend let alone fully appreciate it.
