Last night I attended the opening of a new £10 million, three-story building called St Vincent's at Loreto College Hulme. The extension includes 20 classrooms, a new lecture theatre, new labs, and a study centre. A great addition to the city's post 16 education and skills offer.

Exciting news. East Manchester has a wealth of social history that deserves to be shared more widely. The recent exhibition about @seymour_road, part of which was also at the @MancLibraries, showed just how powerful these stories are. (1/2) @hacking4chorltz
Myself, Cllrs @SeanMcHale9 & @donnaludford are going to support the Hall’s Trustees to begin a city wide collection of social history, from the Hall to Bradford Pit - that we can start sharing more widely. We look forward to making this happen over the next year! 🐝 📕 ⏳ (2/2)
