Had to go to a wedding close to Avari, 4.5kms from my house. Careem was at least Rs450, but impossible to get a car. The closest one was at least 20 mins away. Guess how I got there.
Wouldnβt be a Karachi story if there was no heartbreak ππ€·π»ββοΈ. Left the wedding early to catch a bus back, at 10:15pm. Waited for 30 mins at the Metropole stop, in vain.
Iβd probably be more disappointed if I werenβt waiting right next to a flower stand. The fragrance of wilting tube roses was a good reminder that joy in this city is, ultimately, elusive. Hereβs to hoping this new mode of public transit isnβt,

I really don't mind how you were out on a road so late at night in Karachi and experienced no harassment at all while waiting for the bus to come... Even when it was late you appreciated the flower shop next to you... So late at night. I don't mind it at all.

But for your information this project was initiated by KP-Govt earlier as BRT Peshawar. And plus point of BRT is that beside Rs.50/- ticket, you can make brt card and can travel with Rs. 10,15,20 etc depending on your traveling stations.
