Arizona lawmakers passed the Bitcoin bill - the will of the people and the momentum of innovation. Hobbs' veto wasn't about legal concerns, just her opinion that the state isn't ready. Bitcoin doesn't wait for permission. The future builds with or without her.

This past week we met with developers to look at a possible historic jail adaptive reuse type development. This particular jail was home to the Confession killer. It’ll be interesting to see what creative ideas come from this and if we can breath new life into this historic

@Flipisonfire Innovative Design - city leadership was consistently praising the hip and creative feel of the space - a true creative hub for the city. We used existing historic elements paired with modern new furniture and finishes.

Officially opening this facility was an event I won't forget - so much went into the vision, planning, getting the right team in place, and lastly, the execution. Congrats to the city and thank you city leadership that had the political will to continually support the project.
