Having close to if not the worst statistical defense in NFL history in virtually every category is not “severely overblowing” how bad it is. This line of thinking is why Burrow is frustrated in the 1st place and why Mike ultimately has never gotten to lift a Lombardi in his life
Joe Burrow is 8 - 1 in his last 9 starts. There are things that the Bengals organization needs to fix, but some of the doom and gloom is severely overblown. If Burrow started every game this season, the Bengals are most likely division leaders, and the Bills loss gets chalked

@JoeGoodberry @CJAnthonyCUI This is much worse than Palmer. Burrow is arguably the best on the planet. Palmer was still really good, but not this. So yea, the opportunity of a lifetime for this franchise

No hiding behind this. Something must change in the evaluation process on the defensive side of the ball because continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result is, well, the definition of insanity.
Over the last 3 Seasons, the Bengals defense is 30th in EPA per play and 31st in Opponent's success rate. They're a bottom 5 pass defense and bottom 3 run defense over that timeframe. For 3 seasons now.

Bengals are 22-25 since losing the 2022 AFC Championship game. That 2022 team was arguably the best in franchise history. Still can’t believe how far we have fallen. We should be in the middle of a golden age of Bengals football. Unfortunately we have a different Golden

If I heard @ChickLudwig correctly on the postgame show, the #Bengals are 2-5 this year when scoring 33+ points. The rest of the NFL is 52-1. CRAZY!! If you want the money that comes with being a head coach, you are responsible and take the blame for the ENTIRE football team.

The only positive from today is that this should be the unofficial end of this era of Bengals football. Changes are necessary. Front office can’t continue to be this tone deaf. Can’t roll out the same thing again in 2026 and expect improvement. #Bengals
