Yeah we’re nixing all of our Google hardware. The Google home app is an absolute mess and all of it feels like it’s just corroding. I’ll miss the speakers and chromecast but they were getting worse and worse anyway.
this is fucking insane @googlenest and honestly one of the most brazen cash grabs I've ever seen in tech, and that's saying something

A quick dive into reddit suggests I'm not the only one. The trigger gets "mushy" and then just stops working all together. I babied this thing, too. Lived mostly in the dock, kept it in a hard case while traveling.
