Right. Mind made up. Going to write to that nice Mr Gove and ask him how his new NPPF, and so-called planning reforms, do anything to make developers hereabouts actually build-out the SEVERAL THOUSAND homes they already have planning permission for.

They're giving it to local councils because [checks notes] that is who is responsible for road repairs. Not the Mayor of London.
Potholes are frustrating and can be dangerous for motorists and cyclists. I am so pleased that @Mark_J_Harper is helping London invest in resurfacing our roads, and giving the money straight to local councils - not Sadiq Khan, who would just spend the money promoting himself.

Thanks to @Mark_J_Harper and @transportgovuk for this extra money to level up London. We all know Sadiq Khan can’t be trusted to spend our money wisely, which is why I’m so pleased that funds are being given directly to local councils who understand the priorities of their areas.
