There should be a simple test for carry-on luggage: lift your suitcase to your chest and overhead press it 10 times. If you struggle or can't do it, the bag gets gate checked. I’m tired of deboarding taking 15 minutes and worrying about some klutz’s bag tumbling onto my head.
