Totally agree Rebecca… I to have worked with both teams & as you put it so well they just express it differently at times. We have learn to listen & observe how we react differently & not tar as with one brush. I’m very happy to cry when upset… very normal for me!!!
😤 Having worked in international football with both men’s and women’s teams I can confirm that women are not more emotional than men! At times expressions of emotion may manifest differently across men and women but this is just as likely down to individual difference as gender.
