The United States has historically had successful immigration because immigrants have adopted our values. If they don't adopt our values, immigration will no longer be successful & citizens will push back against it, as we are seeing today.

There's a young guy on my team who resigned recently. It's disappointing because he had a lot of potential, but he was too impatient. He is smart and competent, but never went "above and beyond." He never independently came up with ways to improve things or save money. I had.

I bit the bullet and am putting a new motor on our pontoon/tritoon boat. The old motor had intermittent issues; it was frustrating having people out and not be able to take the them tubing. You know what they say…. BOAT = Break Out Another Thousand. Or many thousands….
