@googlenesthelp Hello, our Nest cam is offline and we can’t seem to get it back online. The internet is working and all the remainder of the devices work, just not the camera. Any suggestions please?

@rjbianchin Hey there, Rob. Could you try restarting both the Nest camera as well as the main router by unplugging them both for 30 seconds? Afterwards, close and relaunch the Nest app to refresh the status for both the Nest camera and Protect. Let us know if this helped.
