When he finally started leaving the storage room he'd hide behind the air conditioner at night instead. after a bit i'd go to my livingroom at 11pm and sit on the ground near the air conditioner and one day he came and laid on my lap 🥹 we had floor lap time every night for a bit
@goodboynzo That's actually sweet though cuz hissing is "hey I'm uncomfortable with the situation" in Cat but no growling to say "I'm scared/angry/ready to fight" means he WANTED to trust you enough to let you come pet him despite his discomfort. That's true bravery

there's a part of hall time every day where he lays down near the wall and wants me to toss and roll the toys directly to him

If he hissed at me now I would cry but he hissed at me so much the first couple weeks I had him and then often would let me come pet him anyways afterwards. The last pic is from last time he ever hissed at me cause he got scared when I cleaned my apartment

this little lady was trapped as part of a TNR project but is definitely not a true feral, just very scared. she has a nasty infected wound on her neck and some bad teefs. we're thinking she's around 5 years old Things are about to start looking up for you, sweet girl
