Agree with parts of this thread - there is something going on in many organisations, where the voice of individuals and the org itself is more comfortable with expressive behaviour that may be seen as inappropriate by some and was previously (or still is) prohibited.
Interesting article, suspect many won't like it because of where it is, but I have heard lots similar from lots off officers, and it isn't just about public order and recent protests, its about politicisation of the police, and more. A short thread.
