My biggest ick was I felt the public didn’t really have a say — and no one seemed that interested in giving them one. Biden ‘20 became Biden ‘24 behind a set of assumptions that insiders made talking to themselves. I just thought that was such a risk and no one was talking abt it
Listening to this from @AsteadWH on the Daily made me feel a little bit less crazy this morning. I really hope this catastrophic fail gets the Dems to be honest with themselves about what happened and what needs to change. But my fear is that it won't.
