I despair at politicians bragging about the highest NHS spending ever etc. While additional funding for NHS in the recent Budget was welcome, with a growing & ageing population & accounting for inflation, the NHS pot will decrease by 1% in 2024/25, compared to previous year.

I completely agree. 1 NHS & Social Care have different roles & it doesn't have resources to support social Care. 2. NHS record of purchasing beds eg CHC is of tighter eligibility criteria & 3. Partnership working through 'Integrated Commissioning' hasn't seen any real progress.

Tory plan? I am listening for the plan, but must have missed it. Even as a loyal conservative, now undecided, I think it's really nasty to pledge more tax cuts whilst keeping all aspects of health & social care etc crumbling. Who is so selfish to see such suffering? I am not.
