Hey @united I have a group of students with me and we are trying to make a flight to Indianapolis in Houston and have to still get through customs. Any chance you can help me make sure we don’t have to miss our flight?

Lime City Officials were well represented at the @IHSAA1 Softball State Finals! LCOA Secretary Steve Yoder made his State Finals debut, umpiring in the Class 2A Championship Game, while LCOA Mentoring Chair Geoff Cocanower completed his 5th State Finals as Stadium Announcer.

It’s always a joy to celebrate students and to add to the environment of special occasions. This weekend it was once again, truly an honor to celebrate the teams and student-athletes of the 40th annual @IHSAA1 Softball State Finals! Thanks again @KSchluRosati for the opportunity!

Learning this morning of a student-athlete from a neighboring community who is gone all too soon. Grieving alongside the Mississinewa Community and praying for a family and community to know a peace that cannot be explained.

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God…. - Ephesians 4:11-13

In a time when failure is seemingly unacceptable, where perfection is the measure of success, if resilience is to be built and overcoming adversity is to be achieved - you have to be good at learning from mistakes and keep moving forward, or you become paralyzed by your past.

I had a buddy in high school whose grandpa helped found the golf course we played at. One of the things his grandpa was notorious for reminding young golfers was the need for a short memory - to move on and give adequate time to that next shot instead of dwelling on the last.

One of the easiest ways we put distance between us and God is assuming how He would answer our questions without enter a space and time where He can answer us. Turn to Him. Wrestle with Him. Challenge Him. Seek Him THROUGH your questions and see what you find.

Give God the chance to move in significant ways by doing the seemingly small and insignificant things that, when met by his power and Spirit can transform in supernatural ways.
