I had some thoughts about "navigating change" recently. Those apply to any kind of personal or professional change but I'd really like for people who have been in the.@tableau.ecosystem for a while to give it a read and let me know what they think.

You can now also just drag and drop an image file (or your preferences.tps file) into the tool to get the colours extracted to use them in your visualisations. No need to use Figma, the tools is also still available on my website:

Colour Manager for @tableau update incoming!.- It is now a @figma plugin and.- It allows you to extract colours from images!. export your colours straight into a Figma file to get the swatch on your canvas and colour variables for your design.
