Agree. Across all Nassau county public school conferences, all Suffolk county public school divisions, the CHSFL and the private schools. There are ~101 public school football teams and ~6 private/Catholic school football teams. That’s ~107 teams that all have legit players.
College coaches I promise you we have legit ballers out here on Long Island, kids who can play anywhere from D1-D3! Suffolk County & Nassau County, please take the trip out here to see them at least 1x

Agree 100%. My advice to kids/parents is they r making a decision for the next 40 yrs, not the next 4 yrs. An offer from a top ~50 national university (which u likely couldn’t get in to w/o football) that competes for conference & national championships has immense VALUE.

Btw … when they were 12 years old Darius and Gavin were on the same RVC Titans youth football team. That team was very good.
My takeaways from St. Anthony's - Chaminade football. There are great athletes all over the field on both sides. Halfback Darius Morant of Hempstead runs like mack truck - he's 1 of LI's best backs. Gavin Creo is an exceptional wide receiver, great route running, excellent hands.

100% right. They drafted Ali Marpet (D3 from Hobart) with the 61st pick in the 2nd round in 2015. He just made his first Pro-Bowl this year after starting from day 1, is a captain and has won a super bowl.
There are great players in all divisions.
