The last thing we need is this serial relegation player giving advice to younger players. Can’t remember the last time we acted like a club that has intentions of actually achieving great things?
🚨 NEW: The Old Trafford dressing room is united in their view that bosses should reward Maguire with a new contract. A source said: "The players think it would be madness if he was not offered a new deal. Harry has endured plenty of ups and downs at United but has come through

- The race for top 4/5 - Xg and meaningless stats in general - Inconsistency of VAR - Failure being rewarded - Companies milking the game for as much money as possible Are just some of the reasons why football is a shadow of its former self, in my opinion anyway
🗣️ "It's not fun anymore. I think there's an increasing number of people who look at football and think 'I can't be bothered'. This is not the beautiful game any more." 🤔 Thoughts?

We’ve won a few dead rubbers and all of a sudden he things he’s the saviour 🚮
Sir Jim Ratcliffe, speaking to @EdConwaySky “I've been VERY unpopular at Manchester United because we've made lots of changes. But for the better, in my view. And I think we're beginning to see some evidence in the football club that that's beginning to pay off…” #mufc

Just draining that tiny last little bit of ambition out of the club, fucking laughable!!
🚨 BREAKING: Harry Maguire is increasingly likely to sign a new contract with Manchester United, extending his stay at Old Trafford beyond the end of his current £180,000-a-week deal, which expires in June. Club sources say the situation is different to Casemiro, who will also

A very underwhelming Super Bowl for what has quite frankly been an underwhelming NFL season 🥱

Is it too much to ask that United stick to the plan for once? We’ve seen this before with Solskjaer and they didn’t get rid of Ten Hag when they should have We all like Carrick but we need a proven winner He had a decent start at Boro but soon got found out in the championship
🚨🗣️ Rio Ferdinand: "Michael Carrick has come in, turned the collars up on his long trench coat and said: 'Listen guys, get behind me. We're going to put you in a structure that's going to suit the players we actually have, we're going to be hard to play against, we're going to

Unfortunately it’s true. Our fans get emotionally attached to players and managers who aren’t going to win us major titles. Got to be ruthless if you want to be the best
Real Madrid - anything less than 1st Failure Barcelona - anything less than 1st Failure Bayern - anything less than 1st Failure Man City - anything less than 1st Failure Liverpool - anything less than 1st Failure Man Utd - 4th or 5th Successful Season Small club mentality

Taking nothing away from them as they’ve beat what’s been put in front of them but yes. They’ll be some AFC teams, which in my view are more talented, kicking themselves they’ve not performed better this season. But they only have themselves to blame

Taking nothing away from the Pats and Broncos but there are going to be some seriously sick AFC teams watching that and feeling like it should have been them

I’d say the table reflects the ability of the current squad. 4th is about our ceiling. Happy to be proved wrong but upgrades required in a lot of areas to even think about great things. Love Carrick but not as full time manager, need a proven winner. We’ve seen this movie before.
When Amorim was sacked. I said we had the basis of a good squad and was shot down by people who are too quick to be negative and put the United players down. Two wins against the top two and I again say, we have a decent squad and with one or two new additions and a manager not

🚨🎙️ | Roy Keane on Michael Carrick: "If Manchester United win EVERY GAME until the end of the season, I still WOULDN'T give him the job." "Are we going to sit here and pretend that Michael Carrick can get United winning league titles."

Agree 100% Love Carrick and he’s revitalised this team but let’s not get carried away here. If our ambitions are winning titles then we need a proven winning manager. We’ve been down this road before. But I fear Ratcliffe and co will go for the cheaper option
Roy Keane on the prospect of Michael Carrick getting the #mufc job full-time: “Even if they get 4th I wouldn't be convinced he's the man for the job, they need a bigger and better manager” [@NathSalt1]

So criticism actually works….shock horror!!
Senior #mufc figures were unhappy with Rúben Amorim’s criticism of Patrick Dorgu. Dorgu has responded in training, aiming to prove Amorim wrong. A source said he “does loads of extras” and credited him for working “really hard.” There has been a focus on improving his crossing,

Thank god we didn’t reappoint Solskjaer 😂 fantastic performance today but saying that let’s not fall into the same trap as we did with previous interim managers
Carrick: “I don't want to get carried away with all the DNA kind of thing. We wanted to play well and put things into the game that we thought we help that. We certainly wanted to be good defensively as a team. We felt we had a threat in transition. When we did have the ball I
