Inspired by untitled unmastered, this is Distorted Memories: a collection of songs I wanted to give despite them not fitting the albums to come.
Out now on Bandcamp, May 4th all platforms, links below!
@raptalksk
Drake probably. I feel if you with a general hiphop fan then Ye, Future, Travis, J Cole and Eminem are all alsosafe options depending on taste
@oscos
The Weeknd, Bruno Mars, Pharrell when he singing, Don Toliver, Joji, Rihanna and Thundercat all come to mind. Wish Bruno would do more collabs with rappers cause the ones he's done have all been super iconic hits
@KanyeApologist
@Hall3lujahh
@raptalksk
Generational and locational, I'm from Michigan and was mostly around older people. And now I live in Europe and when it's an English rapper it's often Eminem. He just popular like that still worldwide
@wowthatshiphop
TPAB
DAMN.
GKMC
All are stellar but I return to DAMN. and like the sound of it mostly more than GKMC. I think the ability to play the collectors edition and it's still it's own seperate and funktuoning story is impressive and overlooked too
@LAxFLAME
If Kanye finished the best leaks on Yandhi and dropped it instead of JIK then nobody would be doubting his GOAT status. It had the potential to be top 3 Ye and from the leaks it could've been better than Donda if Donda stayed the same besides maybe Hurricane being scrapped
@XXL
His argument is right imo. It shouldn't be only a single selling when the album comes around if you supposed to be a super star. Doja Cat a bigger super star than Megan
@Adamdash_
@HipHopNumbers
All on or under about 10 mil monthly listeners while Jack has over 50 mil with a big single and a Drake feature. Future being compared to Jack because both are actually big AND because it's just Jack's first week on the chart with this project
@MCU_Direct
Yeah because the MCU is entering it's 5th phase so he can use it as a blueprint of what to do and what not to do now. Not to mention the DCEU being a great blueprint of mostly what not to do
@thoughtfulbae
BBTM. Halfway through but that album had like 7 songs on the radio for 2 years straight. Not to mention the Weeknd replacing his own
#1
hit with a new song
@MfJonesIII
@RahDaColdestx18
Before and after, X and Juice specifically were making the biggest waves in their scenes already before they passed, their passing just enhanced it
@mfdoomstan1
It's close in a way but bro Tupac is literally the face of the whole genre, even if Kanye inspired a lot of what's been going on for a while
@tervisscoot
TLOP, Ye, KSG & Donda a hard few to beat but DS2, Monster, WATTBA, Beast Mode, HNDRXX, The WIZRD, Save Me and I Never Liked You pretty crazy and that's just the start
@hiphopeful
JID imo. All got crazy potential. Denzel and Joey always keep their best skills even when changing up a bit and Cordae only got his first album out. It's only up from here for all of them imo
@blaccmassxx
Shit gonna work out, even after a big step sometimes it be little ones again. Seen you do too much this past half a year to watch you just give up on all of it
