ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) is poised to be the next big disruption in e-comm. The core idea is to decentralize and democratize e-commerce for buyers and sellers. It is built on the core principle of ‘unbundling’ + ‘interoperability’ of the ecomm value chain (1/8)

Most startups die not from bad ideas, but from chasing what looks impressive. We built @edify_club by doing the uncool stuff. Fixing devices by hand. Talking to angry customers. Avoiding the spotlight. And it worked! Read here:

If the guy has the required skill sets, has cleared the interview process and meets all the requirements for the role how does it matter what his previous salary was as long as what he’s asking is within the budget for the role ?
A guy we interviewed for a tech role was getting Rs. 8 LPA and asked us for Rs. 19 LPA!! Dreaming big is ok but asking for such a big jump without being able to justify it kills one's chances of getting selected. Maybe such candidates are happy in their current role and will only

It makes sense to incorporate outside India if: - your primary market is US/global - you want to tap into an investor network for future rounds who otherwise don’t invest in India domiciled companies - M&A is a viable exit option with US/global enterprises This mostly holds true
🚨 Groww has paid $160 million in taxes for the US to India flip. That's about 5.3% of its last valuation. PhonePe paid nearly $1 billion in taxes for the Singapore to India flip. That's about 18% of its last valuation before the flip. https://t.co/540tePkaLE

Kolkata is an exception to this.
Is it just me or are southern parts of most cities the poshest/most sought after areas? I can think of South Bombay, South Madras, and I guess South Bangalore also. Just checked Nagpur’s map and even South Nagpur appears to be up-market. Is this for real? If yes, why?

Further a duopoly like situation in domestic airlines with just Indigo and Tata is not going to be great for the customer. It is great to see the investments in airport infra but we should simultaneously invest in - creating better processes which can handle operations at

The baggage collection process is a story in itself. There have been times when I had to wait 45 mins to collect the luggage after a 60 min flight. Airline’s On time arrival should ideally be measured by the time the last luggage lands on the belt and not when they touchdown
