Woohoo it’s the 1st of May (happy May dsy everyone). Why am I excited? Well throughout May I will be walking (& running) 100km to raise some money for #100K4GDD with @mccartpm & sometimes with others including @emmaefarrell & @shanedbergin

I love summer evening particularly when I get the opportunity to go off for a #FreeRun with my pals @emmaefarrell & @shanedbergin thank you both for the lovely midweek treat. #GuideDogs like me need downtime so that we can work well.

Today is my birthday and I got a lovely new toy. I also got to go on a #FreeRun so got to do lots of swimming and chasing tennis balls. Downtime is really important for working #GuideDogs. #ChangingLives @irishguidedogs
