Something weird I learned about decision making: If you can't decide, the answer is no. If it's not a clear yes, it's a no. Maybe is just no with anxiety. Let me think about it is no with hope. Clear opportunities don't require convincing yourself. The right things feel obvious.

Last year I was prescribed Prozac for depression, I took it for 2 weeks like I promised my doctor, it was the most miserable two weeks of my life. I changed doctors and it turns out why I was feeling like crap was my diet. Now I feel great, healthy with lots of energy. 😁
