They say it's "too late" to explore Farage's election expenses. They say that it doesn't matter where Farage got his £885,000 to buy his house in Clacton. They say it doesn't matter that Farage and Nathan Gill were "Thick as Thieves". This stinks of corruption.

@LordWalney @NJ_Timothy This is the most farcical appointment I’ve seen in a good while. You are an agent of a foreign state operating in plain sight in the UK Parliament. It is you and your collaborators who are a threat to democracy in this country, who interfere in the democratic will of the people,

Not sure AJ could have done much more tbh. Chased Jake Paul (who ran away for 5 rounds) & when Jake ran out of steam, AJ reduced Paul to desperately grabbing at Joshua’s feet. AJ then scored five knock downs, got the KO & broke Jake Paul’s jaw… Light work & big pay #JakeJoshua

Last quarter I rolled out Microsoft Copilot to 4,000 employees. $30 per seat per month. $1.4 million annually. I called it "digital transformation." The board loved that phrase. They approved it in eleven minutes. No one asked what it would actually do. Including me. I

Nigel Farage is currently under investigation/scrutiny for: — 'forgetting' to declare his donations to the MPs register of interests. — 'forgetting' that he didn't buy a house in Clacton. — allegedly, overseeing electoral campaign overspending. — 'forgetting' that he may, or

Anyone noticed how UK media is a lot less obsessed with Farage’s alleged antisemitism than Corbyn’s alleged antisemitism? Odd that.

It's important to remind people of the true meaning of Christmas: ghosts terrorising rich people in the middle of the night until they agree to pay their employees more.

@KayBurley 450k kids out of poverty and a stable bond market doesn’t seem like a bad budget in most people’s eyes if you actually asked them. And now we have a bigger financial buffer. If the Torys had achieved that would the media be pissed? NO is the answer

@ClarksonsFarm1 Many farmers have family ties to their farms. Not you though, you thought you'd evade taxes by buying a farm. It didn't pan out how you expected it to. Ahh well.

Right. Watch this whole video. The wheels are falling off the Reform press machine. Britain’s students are not tolerating the lies & bullshit about Reform’s relationship with Russia 🔥🔥🔥

Tory and now Reform Laura managed an entire hour of Sunday TV without a single word on Reform Russian bribes or Tory Covid. Not a single mention. The biggest new events of the last seven days, both completely ignored by the BBC. We live in extremely dangerous times.

In the same week the Covid Inquiry concluded that introducing lockdown a week earlier could have saved 23,000 lives and a former Reform politician was jailed for accepting Russian bribes, #bbclaurak hasn’t expended a single second talking about it That is fucking astonishing

Yesterday the first British political figure in recent times was sentenced to 10½ years for Russian collusion. It was on barely any front pages, covered for a day and was ignored when it broke besides @carolecadwalla’s fearless reporting. Why? Because he was a Reform leader.

This is why the hard right in Britain wants to destroy the BBC. It’s not because they want impartiality, they’ve benefitted from Tories at the top platforming them, they want free rein to plug the gaps of mistrust with conspiracy and disinfo so they can attain unchecked power.

For clarity, the BBC that helped enable Brexit, that puts Farage on virtually every news show almost daily, and whose management has been stuffed with Tories for years, isn’t left wing.

All the idiotic right wingers joyfully celebrating Tim Davie's resignation saying he was "a socialist" and "a left winger"... He was a Tory FFS...he was deputy chairman of the Hammersmith and Fulham Conservative party in the 1990s and stood for election as a Tory councillor.

#Reform Council in #Lancashire … The #Reform Councillor in charge of care homes, is going to shut council care homes, forcing residents to move to private care homes. On an ‘unrelated’ note, the same #Reform Councillor is the owner of multiple local private care homes.
