Fitness Tip: . My personal trainer said I need to eat raw eggs as part of my fitness regime. But I hate the taste. I have found that If you add sugar, flour, cocoa & baking powder and put them in the oven for 30 minutes, They are much nicer. 😁.

Please continue to be diligent with regards to the #Coronavirus . Yesterday, for the first time since lockdown, my Aunty Ann (who has down-syndrome) was able to see her 99 year old Mum safely. They are usually inseparable. It was a wonderful moment for our family. 😢🙂
