Note - the audio from the glasses speaker wasn't really getting picked up, so I just overlayed it into the video so you could hear

I've been looking for something cool to do with the Meta Ray-Ban glasses and thought, why not let it describe what it sees to a blind person? Could work for a restaurant menu, etc. The glasses won't read long messages, but I assume there are ways to get around this.

Prompt: I'm stranded in a forest. I need to eat. How can I trap an animal? Reply: To trap an animal, you will first need to find some kind of snare or noose that is strong enough to hold the creature, but not so thick as to be difficult to fashion from materials found around you

First project! My goal is to build a completely off grid ai, no internet needed. I have a small power source, screen, speaker, microphone and raspberry pi 4. If there's an apocalypse and we lose internet, I'll have a virtual friend to chat with π

Watch Gang has now done over $200 million in sales, but Ai has given me the coding bug again. I've been out of the game for a long time. I'm excited to learn and develop some Ai projects, publicly. I'd appreciate a follow and feedback as I'm #buildinginpublic </π§΅>

Then my dad passed away suddenly. I had gifted him a watch the Christmas prior which I got back after he died. I took some time off and thought about what I wanted to do. Inspired by the watch, I created Watch Gang 𧡠6/7

I finally worked on something "viral". I built https://t.co/FCOUHIhviX bc what I needed didn't exist: A minimal A/B tester to shorten urls with ability to change the link. It did millions of redirects and I never monetized it. The server kept shutting me down for spam 𧡠5/7

I learned enough to become a LAMP stack developer since I was 16, working on small projects like a free hosting provider ( https://t.co/EqzBozZDHC had 50k users and I sold it for $6k so I could buy a 1997 Firebird) 𧡠4/7

My introduction to tech was in 1998 when I was 12. My uncle gave me a laptop he was going to throw away. I convinced my dad to get me a NetZero disc from Walmart for free dial up internet. We were very poor𧡠2/7

A quick intro thread π I've been spending hundreds of hours the past couple months consuming tweets, youtube videos and having conversations with ChatGPT trying to learn as much as I can about Ai and tech in 2023 𧡠1/7
