@BTCFoundation promises to recognize lifetime members on its home page https://t.co/KsrD1JGnzX. And yet none are recognized there. Just another crypto scam. #BTC

Facing economic headwind, tech giants like Amazon, Meta and Twitter cut thousands of jobs. What does that mean for the future of AI?

Wow seeing @ericlippert's team being fired from #meta for saving them too much money puts a whole new perspective on how their only goal is to burn as much value as possible on the quest to the metaverse

@JakeWharton @call_me_anselmo @Square @crazybob together with the comment. And now 2K results for the "Neal isn't either" search is yet another tribute to the great work (no irony here) @gafter had done for Java 1.5.0 (even if it's not the one he anticipated 🙈). 2/x

We’ve just open-sourced an AD framework for Kotlin! ( https://t.co/JERUT3Zubp). It supports higher-order derivatives, derivatives of user-defined types, and compile-time shape checking. Examples include machine learning and physical simulations.

Compiler design is definitely not for everyone but there is certainly a significant subset of programmers that truly love doing it and will spend their entire careers in that space.

Compiler design is like the plumbing of computer science. It's hard work and it's not a "sexy" trendy field but it will never stop being needed.

Attention Parents! 🚨 A teacher in Palm Beach County, FL shared this template with us. It is being shared among teachers to use for grades K-3. How do you feel about this? What will you do when this arrives home in your child’s backpack? Time to take a Stand.

Just learned about this from @MadsTorgersen. Pattern matching in C# allows matching on things that implement ITuple. It even works when the compiler can't statically determine if the type implements ITuple 🤯🤯🤯🤯. Thanks @gafter! #dotnet #csharp
