Cannot overstate what a life changing experience Patriot Academy provides!! While I may not be personally called to participate in a legislative body, it no longer feels like a black box. I attended as a Veteran. I now volunteer with my neighborhood. I serve in a city board.

The final count is in! Athletes who were either born and raised in Texas or who train in Texas won 43 medals. That would be good enough for seventh overall, right behind Japan but ahead of Italy. I note that the list doesn't include France's Leon Marchand, who won four gold
