At Microsoft, we’ve deployed agents for thousands of internal and external use cases. I get to see this transformation firsthand – despite any doubts you may have heard from @Benioff. e.g. our Copilot landing page features an agent to help with any product questions. And on

Sounds like @Benioff asked @jimcramer for some Copilot screenshots, happy to help. My POV is #2 is the best answer. :)

I'm a WSJ subscriber and am "pissed off" on a regular basis; i look forward to the WSJ story that notes my concerns. 🤣.
Microsoft is now forcing its AI tool Copilot onto US consumers of M365 and jacking up the price (much like Clippy, you can turn it off). We previewed this strategy last month as they tested it around the world and pissed users off.
