About 15 years ago, I bought a crimson velvet kimono jacket in a sale, purely because it was extremely cheap and I liked it — as of today, I think I've now spotted an occasion on which I might, at long last, be able to wear it. #lifegoalachieved.

Help, please! There was a nice big interior design book published c 2018 (give or take 5 years) based on houses connected, from memory, with the Spitalfields Trust. I own this book but cannot find it and also cannot remember its name. Any thoughts? I'm sure I'm not dreaming it.

Breaking news: this tomato plant, which I reared from a seed (as in a clichéd war film, of the original cast, most have fallen prey to mishaps along the way, leaving only three survivors), has now managed to produced flowers. Perhaps by August the tomato harvest will begin?
