I still read A Dance with Dragons because Targaryens..

I was too mad at him for not finishing A Song of Ice and Fire. I read all 5 books in the summer of 2012 while avoiding writing my Master’s thesis. at this rate, I’ll probably become a full prof in Turkey’s ridiculous promotion system before he finishes it.

GRRM says A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is one of his best works and I still haven’t read it. I’ll probably read it before the series start in January, preferably after the CVPR deadline.

apparently as faculty I’m supposed to warn smokers in the “smoke-free zones,” but I really don’t want to be in that kind of confrontational position with students. they are still smoking everywhere outside. at this point, I’m curious what is stopping them from smoking inside.
