One thing I noticed about almost any business and any customer support in Finland: they always choose “no big deal”.
No big deal or the end of the world?. Here’s something that should be obvious: People don’t like to have their grievances downplayed or dismissed. When that happens, even the smallest irritations can turn into an obsessive crusade. Imagine you’re staying at a hotel, and the air.

To this day, nothing compares to Delphi. Intuitive, fast, extremely deep when you need. Ironically, the name and the whole visual idea is a node to ancient Greece, which, like Borland Delphi, is now forever lost.

3.5 years ago I joined IQM (Finland/Germany), first as a SWE in Quantum Computation, then an architect in Quantum Control Software, now Staff Engineer. We build full-stack superconducting quantum computers, from own quantum chips & electronics to libraries, SDKs and cloud access

I'd been self-employed for years prior, every interviewer was cautious. I started to believe I'm unemployable. Got multiple other rejections from remote companies. Felt I had no choice but to start another business on my own. But then the quantum thing worked out!
