Anyone else miss the days when the first you’d hear about a transfer was when the player signed for their new club? . All this stuff with Romano and waiting for the “here we go’s” is so tedious. Bring back players randomly signing for clubs with absolutely no warning.

I don’t want to oversell it but I think De Cuyper at £4.5m could be the one. He could even be on set pieces too. All that we can hope is that he doesn’t get loaned out to Spain and can fulfill his generational potential.
