The Israeli occupation restricts the movements of many Palestinians but there are people like the Sirdah sisters who are committed to birdwatching & spreading awareness about bird conservation in Palestine. Read their story here. https://t.co/FMFGhO7bAE

Draconian Israeli regulations make it difficult to access the binoculars and long camera lenses they need, but bird-watchers are flourishing in the Gaza Strip.

The more I am learning about the Palestinian struggle, the more I discover about its abundant biodiversity. So, I made this to highlight some of the birds found in Palestine. One day, all life in Palestine will be free. 🇵🇸

Great piece. But we were aware of diversity's limits before 2020. What changed was the ability of neoliberalism to fragment antiracism from collective struggle to individual ascent in a time of trauma. Racism was the diagnosis, but D&I became the solution.

Extremely important research. It's not possible to understand the state of BigTech, or its pathologies at the moment, without understanding these companies' transformation into defense contractors, in addition to their central role as surveillance providers to the state. 👇

This. Is it any wonder that Black people are still subjected to systemic and systematic injustice and mistreatment across every sphere of British institutionality, when this is the unrelenting example we are given by one of our highest public institutions in the Met Police?

I have no words for how brilliant a documentary TISH is. Stories of working-class artists are all too often erased from history. (Go watch it on BBC iPlayer rn!!!)
