True authentic love in the workplace, is rare. Very few companies walk their talk, most THINK they do...even CLAIM they do, but when you ask their employees..."nope! not even close" This company does, and this is a great testimonial from one in their family.

Leaders should always listen, not only to learn something new but also to be challenged. If a leader desires to be listened to, then they should give others the courtesy of listening to them. Leaders who listen become better informed and are more popular with their team members
