I streamed the committee hearing & Sen. Adams made some very pointed direct comments. She exposed how the Governor & CHFS failed our children in not following the law. This action has been repeated several times with other legislation we have passed. This is truly disappointing.

@fleming_ken was recognized for his work on HB 56, allowing Kentucky to join a 17-state work compact that would allow reciprocity for social workers in our state and the correndponding states to work freely without additional licensure.

This is the best budget in Kentucky history for Louisville. I want to thank our mayor for putting in the work to build relationships and trust. And it must be acknowledged that @jrajra is Louisville’s key player. She’s tenacious and produces for our city like none other.

84,643 Kentucky voters took advantage of early voting yesterday, an increase from 81,961 who voted on the first day of early voting last year. If this continues today and tomorrow we’ll adjust our turnout prediction upward. Go vote Kentucky!
