This may feel like a "Nothing ever happens" take but believe me, things are happening rn. I think this is going to be the single greatest event that results in a massive loss of prestige for the USA and Israel, we will see the Gulf states chart a much more independent course.
My gut feeling, over the next week as Trump realises he won't win, he'll seek to contain Netanyahu, reach some deal he can tout as a win against Iran, perhaps with some explicitly security guarantees from China and Russia and walk back things to how they were. This may be what

he wants to do but it's an open question will he be able to rein Netanyahu in, will Iran want to play ball, what will the Gulf States want, will others come to the table and play ball. There's a very real chance he's let his mouth write checks his butt can't cash here.
