Why does this matter? 💡 Treg therapy offers a pathway to reduce reliance on lifelong immunosuppression in kidney transplants. 💡 Our findings highlight the potential for local immune regulation within the graft, paving the way for safer and more effective treatments.

Key findings: 1️⃣ Treg-treated kidney transplant patients showed excellent long-term outcomes with no rejection episodes over 7 years. 2️⃣ Distinct immune infiltrates were observed, enriched with regulatory genes like IL10, PD-L1, and TIGIT, and a significant presence of B cells.
