Cannot stress enough that she is wearing significant padding and corseting here. Under that is implants and cosmetic procedures. She has the ‘ideal body type’ because her and her sisters made it that way with trend based body shapes.

One thing I’ll say about clothing factories is that they are a mess… I have 2 machines and one sewer in my space and you can deep clean and 2 days letter the dust from fabric fibres will be everywhere again. That Shein ‘factory’ was spotless.

This also happens often, because there is so much clothing now, I guarantee you will find a FF piece you wanted in shop for sale on vinted and depop 3-6 months later. It is scary how quickly these trends die out and a testament to the volume of unwanted clothing 😵‍💫

Ahh ok this isn’t something I wholly agree with but I get the nuance here. When you take care of natural fibres properly they will LAST you forever. And not every natural fibre takes up lots of resources to produce- linen is one and it’s why I use it!

I worked in Primark on women’s wear for 5ish years, it was my job to unload the stock sent from shipping from the factories and prep for the shop floor. WEEKLY we would find dead rodents/ bugs, damp with mould and stinking of chemicals- would go straight to the shop floor

Cupped dresses off the rack never work, there is no such thing as a standard bra size per dress size. I make to order brallette dresses, I start with the bra size and make to order around those measurements.
The cups on these dresses being capped at 32A… but dress sizes going up to Size 18… make it make sense.

My deadstock supplier found some of the heart jersey I used for my og set that Shein stole and copied off me, caused me to go viral and eventually end up on a channel 4 doc! Best believe I’m reclaiming this set and rereleasing it 👹
