We are seeing now how this plays out, with EHRC being stacked with transphobes and a whole group loses its fundamental protections. If there were Trans Rights Commission they cld have resisted this. I guess that's why we don't.

When the EHRC was first proposed, the Disability Rights Commission, among others, was adamant that a single human rights body would not be able to hold all rights groups' interests equally, and that Commissions shld be for each protected characteristic.

There's no trans founding fathers. Our constitution rights have nothing to do with trans. Any simple LGB privileges past the 2000's virtually have nothing to do with trans as well. Trans is a deeper rot that festered afterwards. Trans advocates are retarded.
