Today I reveal a secret which almost killed me. I've been badly addicted to Codeine for three years. I worked so hard to keep it secret from everyone. Today I leave hospital after 7 weeks and I'm Codeine free! This addiction has cost me so much and hurt those closest to me. I

200 Days Codeine free. Codeine took so much from me. I had gotten myself into such a bad place because of it. But thankfully I asked for help and after 7 weeks in St Patrick's Hospital I came off Codeine. I'm rebuilding my life and honestly can't remember ever feeling this good!

I talked with @joeliveline about my Codeine Addiction. Codeine is a massive problem in Ireland. I'm trying to raise awareness for the many people battling the same addiction in secret.

I cant actually believe I got it done! 18hrs walking. 77km. 100,000 Steps. I've never known pain like this. But today I did something my addiction had stopped me from doing. I'm so happy. Now I sit down for many hours. I did it in aid of @SamaritansIRL
