Why isn't there a single govt helpline number where I can report illegal Bangladeshis living in my area?. I see them everywhere —selling vegetables, working as security guards, gardeners etc. U.S has a 24x7 helpline to report illegals. Why doesn’t India have one?.

It's day and night, I don't understand how someone can't, only problem is verifying if it's not any bangal speaking it or if it's not any accent/dialect from other districts or rural areas. But again, it doesn't take much to verify it.
Can Bengali s reliably identify whether a person is Indian or Bangladeshi by listening to his accent or word choices ?.
