Kingston Ayres won the Bench Press competition 305 LBS. He also won the Squat with a projected 562 max Emery Deaton won the highest squat coefficient with a set of 5 at 365 LBS weighing only 170 LBS. Great Job!

The winner of the 40 yard dash. OWEN ZINN ran a 4.62. 2nd place was Jace Hollinger he ran a 6.67. A lot of great times! Keep working.
