it is definitely part of a restrictive ed, you’re not alone at all! i find caffeine helps me a lot, zero sugar energy drinks for sure! black coffee of course, no cals and it’s a natural lax. obviously fiber one brownies are great too. and drink lots of water

low res means low restriction (more cals but still in a deficit) so if ur tdee is 1800, low res is like 1200-1600 cals. high res is high restriction (low cal consumption in a deficit of usually 500+cals) so if ur tdee is 1800, high res is like 0-800cals. hope this helps!
