This is a wonderfully human Territory story - we are richer for our diversity. Thank you for calling the Territory home. Perfect Sunday reading #abclandline #territorytogether #boundlesspossible
From Killing Fields to farming freedom - I highly recommend this story from Kristy O'Brien about a top end farmer who came from Cambodia. https://t.co/ntLczgNt7h

Too good - #Darwin Boy, #TomCalma, is our new Senior #AustralianoftheYear. A worthy recognition for a wonderful human. Kungarakan elder, respected national leader - and weāve already put him in a stamp. The ACT can try and claim him but heāll always be a #Territorian.

This. Jacinda was refreshing - and thatās actually a tragedy. Being authentic. Kind. Knowing where you are going and why. That should be the standard we demand from all our political leaders. Whatever she does next, Jacinda will be incredible. Again.

So, in short I donāt care what you call them, cakes or scallops, and Iām not ordering them. At this time of the morning enjoy a breakfast chip - how our house affectionally refers to a hashie.

Iāve left a variety of potato dishes out. Once you get past batter / butter / condiments you are outside a pure potato comparison. If you did this list w sauces / flavours then massive differences (baked higher, gnocchi on etc) and cake v scallop likely plummets out of top 20.

1) hot chips. (This could broken down and take next few slots. For brevity grouped and #1) 2) tater tots. 3) hash brown 4) the top of a shepherds pie 5) wedges 6) mash 7) roasted taters (no fillings. Stuffed tater a different category) 8 - cake v scallop

We really do need to bring back those direct return flights between #Darwin and #Canberra. If only for a few days each year during the International #laksa festival! How about it @Qantas? Thank you for reminding us about this important annual event @fanniebay

Being able to spend quality time with your kids after theyāre born is precious - and too often a luxury. I love this from @AlboMP & @AustralianLabor Those first 6 months fly! And every hug, kiss, meal and game, book, tickle and silly song grows them up strong and kind
