@JamesOKeefeIII Before Covid in 2018- North Dakota audit I pushed for was done by state auditor. They were found to have committed crimes - no one went to jail and governor Burgum signed a law disclosing auditor to do audits unless he was told her could by legislators. It’s not just Minnesota .
