This month we turn 1 🎉. Hard to believe it’s already been a year of Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI)’s South Asia Snapshot. If the past twelve months have shown us anything, it’s that this region never sits still and neither will we.
U.S.-Pakistan ties are on an upswing, India-U.S. trade talks are back in motion, and Nepal's Gen Z is reshaping politics. ASPI’s Director of South Asia Initiatives @faamer breaks down key developments from #SouthAsia and what to watch next.

Pakistan PM Shehbaz & Field Marshal Munir conclude their meeting with President Trump amid growing warmth in U.S.-Pakistan ties. Interesting prospects ahead, all eyes on how Islamabad sustains this +ve momentum & both sides develop a broad-based relationship beyond security.
Photos from the White House press pool showed PM Shehbaz and Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir, who is accompanying the premier, waiting patiently on the Oval Office’s gold-gilded furniture as the US president wrapped up his previous engagement. https://t.co/wdCkeHDGyM
