Started roaccutane for my acne in May and taking the last two pills tonight! My skin is amazing and I’m so happy not to be 37 with wrinkles and acne!!! Let’s hope when I stop them it stays clear. No one talks about how horrible adult acne is (any acne is horrible)!

This is me… and I feel perpetually penalised and like I’m annoying people, by having a “right but different answer”. I too don’t think outside the box, there is no box, anything is possible… but people see that in me as being challenging, annoying and not fitting with them!.
Took Babygirl in for an eval for ADHD (the answer is yes, she is still my personality mini-me) and the psych came out grinning ear to ear and said, "I have to share this with you, because she said something I've never heard before.".

Watching your body change shape from lifting weights is defo addictive and keeping up my motivation to go. Since September I’ve quadrupled my weights! It’s also had such a profoundly positive impact on my mental health and ADHD, I should be able to get my gym on prescription!.

Started yoga almost a year ago to help with ADHD / bad back etc. Got through 3 cheap mats in a year. So finally treated myself to a @Liforme in the sale. And of course it had to be the pink rainbow one for my 2025! With gratitude comes rainbows 🩷🌈 hot yoga here I come!

No one else has a vicar as good as our @AnnaAlls who did a @taylorswift13 @TSTheErasTour themed Christmas Day service @TheLowdham so I donned my Taylor Christmas jumper and sparkly boots. “We could leave the Christmas lights up til January, this is our place, we make the rules”🩷

This is academia… having waited a YEAR for a paper to be reviewed with me having to do four sets of EDITORIAL corrections, sent separately over the course of 8 months. I’ve been sent the proof today with a 48 hour response window! At Christmas!.

Anyone adult women out there with hyperactive-dominant ADHD, my life and brain has been changed by a proper proper exercise routine built into my day, everyday. Lifting weights and intense yoga / strengthening. To the point where I’m not currently considering medication.
